Your progress should be saved in the cloud, but to be sure make a quick run in game while connected to the internet.If those steps do not resolve the issue, please uninstall the game and reinstall it from the Google Play Store.Swipe over to the right until you see the "Google Play" menu and tap "Sign In" if you aren't already signed in. To check this open the game and click the "Menu" button in the top right corner.If you're having problems loading cloud save data, please ensure you're logged into the same Google account that you used previously.Then launch the game, you may need to sign into Google Play Games again. Go to Settings > Apps > Alto > Storage > “Clear Cache” ( not "Clear Data" or you will lose your local game progress).If a button to “update” is available, tap it to update the app to the latest version. To check for updates, open the Google Play Store (or the store where you downloaded the app) and search for Alto's Adventure. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the game.Generally you can restart the device by holding down the power button until options to power off or restart pop up.Once it's closed, try opening the game again to see if your issue is resolved. Alternatively, open the app-switcher and swipe the app to close it.
